Village Gates

Please ensure on delivery that your gates and products are in good condition. Any gates/products damage in transit will be exchanged. Arrangement will be made to exchange free of charge.
Because all our gates are made to measure there is a 25 percent charge plus delivery charge for unwanted gates. Other products can be returned. A full refund will be made excluding postage unless damaged, where product will be exchanged.
Village gates reserve the right to cancel and refund under certain circumstances due to any discrepancies with the orders or products that can not be supplied on time.
Customers have the right to cancel any gate order within 7 days from ordering.
